On entry to this apartment there is a lounge/diner with comfortable furniture, dining table seating 4 people, air conditioning, Sky TV, DVD player and a large balcony with seating for 4 people. The kitchen has all modern appliances including microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

The bedrooms are of good size, one being a double and the other a twin.  Both have ample wardrobe space. It has a nice modern bathroom with a shower over the bath plus a seperate cloakroom with a toilet and washbasin. The lounge and both bedrooms have air conditioning and central heating.

The sofabed in the lounge can also sleep up to an extra 2 people at a charge of £25.00 per person per week.

The gardens are lawned with bright coloured plants, umbrellas for shade and are very well kept. The pool is of a very large size plus it has a separate shallow pool area which is perfect for toddlers and young children.

This apartment is ideal for those who do not wish to drive. The beach, restaurants and bars are all within a short walk. The area is highly residential and is extremely quiet and peaceful.
